We look forward to welcoming our customers old and new.

We do want you to enjoy your visit and we want to keep you and our staff safe.

We have built into our normal practices an enhanced cleaning and sanitising regime and we are actively monitoring external guidance to ensure best practice is met.

Staff Wellbeing

Our staff will be temperature checked at the start of their shift. Staff have access to separate hand sanitising and are encouraged to hand sanitise and wash their hands regularly. Our staff will be wearing face masks. Staff will wherever possible stay in their own section during their shift.

Customer Wellbeing

Prior to your visit if you are feeling unwell or showing any signs of Covid-19 please do not come to the pub. Please email or telephone us to cancel any booking made. Guests staying overnight are provided with contact details and instructions should they develop symptoms during their stay. Please adhere to any travel restrictions in your own area.

Face masks are to be worn inside unless seated at a table or in your bedroom. If you are asked to wear a face mask and are exempt just let us know.

Unless already given or you have checked in with the NHS Covid 19 app, we will ask everyone 16+ for your contact details which we will retain for 21 days to assist with Test and Trace.

Guests who book accommodation with us will be sent information prior to their arrival explaining check in procedure and what will happen during their stay. We are happy to provide this prior to booking.
