We offer a rural retreat and central base from which to walk or tour the Lakes. Situated only two miles from Hawkshead, seven miles from Ambleside and a short ferry trip across Lake Windermere to Bowness.

Our three bedrooms Yan, Tan and Tethera, for those of you not familiar with Cumbrian dialect, One, Two and Three are situated at the front of the property with outlooks towards the village, farm, fields and woodland beyond.

Each room has en-suite facilities, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.

Weekends are subject to a minimum stay of two nights.
