We offer a rural retreat and central base from which to walk or tour the Lakes. Situated only two miles from Hawkshead, seven miles from Ambleside and a short ferry trip across Lake Windermere to Bowness.
 
Our four bedrooms Yan, Tan, Tethera and Methera, for those of you not familiar with Cumbrian dialect, One, Two, Three and Four have outlooks towards the village, farm, fields and woodland beyond. Each room has en-suite facilities, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.

Our rates are inclusive of full English breakfast.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all accommodation bookings.
